Love is a weird thing. There are varying degrees of it. There's love that you have for someone as a friend, but it grows and then maybe you want to be more than just friends. Love is telling you there could be so much more; that looking at her like a friend isn't enough. You see through a lens. Regardless of the outcome you invest so much into that friendship, that love, and then you have to watch it walk off into the distance with someone else that that "lens" that you're looking through shows you he's not right for her, but you have to just sit and watch her leave.

Then there's the love of one that you're not entirely sure it CAN love you back. You want it to you dream about it, and wish for it, but are they just dreams and wishes? Something that you can't have or maybe shouldn't have? It's that love that is complicated. The situation tells you that it's a bad idea that there is no way you can give into. Chances are you might ruin something that isn't yours to ruin. At the same time though, love is persistent and it won't let you give up. So here you are sitting with a heavy heart and no place to put it....yet?

Then there is the pure and unrequited love of a newly married couple. One you can look at and see that the future is going to be ok. A love that each can see exactly what they are looking for and want in each other. Unfailing, new, beautiful, and long lasting.

There are so many different types of love. Honestly, its hard to see two of my best friends in situations they don't have a lot of control over, but have so much invested in. That's life though isn't? Giving, giving, and giving only for it to be taken eventually? But if there is anything that they should see is that newly married couple and know that everything will be alright in the end...

Alright, so along time go Dave played a horrible horrible trick on me. He emailed me with his magic from Johnny Minardi who is the A&R guy from Fueled by Ramen saying that he was interested in working with our band. Long story short I had a panic attack until dave called me back and told me it wasn't true. So as a repercussion I set a men seeking men ad up on Craigslist for Dave.
